Details
They ship apart from the model because together they are 987 MB in memory
and most of its saved size; split, no file passes GitHub's 100 MB limit and
a study loads only the resources it uses. attach_weather() puts them back.
wx_nuts3_solar and wx_nuts3_solar_hsat cover the same land, as do the
three offshore profiles over the same sea area: they are alternative ways to
use one site, so their potentials are never summed.
